Let the mixture sit for about 20-30 minutes so that all the flavors can be absorbed by the chicken. In another bowl, mix milk and saffron and keep it aside.
  • In the second step, take a handi and add refined oil in it and let it boil on medium flame. In the oil, add green cardamom and cumin seeds and sauté them for 2-3 minutes. Put the lid on and let the ingredients simmer for 5 more minutes. If you don’t want the chicken to stir to the bottom then keep stirring the chicken. If the consistency is too think then you can also add some water in it.
  • In the fifth step, turn off the flame of the chicken and add half of the boiled rice in the handi. Sprinkle milk soaked saffron over the rice along with the garam masala, coriander leaves, and mint. Then put the rest of the boiled rice and let the flavor reach every bit of the handi.
  • In the last step, put the lid on the handi and put the flame on low medium. The step is beneficial t cook the rice so let them cook for 5 minutes. Once done, serve hot and delicious biryani to your guests and family!
